Monteiro, Celeste Gomes originally from Fogo, Cabo Verde, passed peacefully at home on January 9, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. 

She leaves her loving family and dear friends to cherish her memories. 

Visitation with family on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 from 5-9 PM at Dahlborg-MacNevin Funeral Home, 647 Main Street, Brockton, MA 02301. 

Funeral Mass will be on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at 10 AM from St. Edith Stein Church, 71 E. Main Street, Brockton, MA 02301.

Interment following service to Melrose Cemetery, Brockton, MA.
