Collins, Evan originally from Mornediablo, Trinidad passed on November 10, 2017 peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. 

Beloved husband to Hazel Collins. He was a dear son to the late Cyril and the late Elizabeth Collins. 

Proud father, grandfather, uncle, brother and friend. 

Visitation with family on Saturday, November 25, 2017 from 10-11 AM at George Lopes Funeral Home, 821 Cummins Highway, Mattapan, MA 02126.

Celebration of Life Service will start at 11 AM also from the funeral home.

Private interment will be held through St. Michael Crematory, Roslindale, MA.
