Ramon Luis Matos of Boston, Massachusetts, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 30, 2017. Beloved son to Leonor Oquendo and the late Israel Matos.

Ramon was raised with respect. He was passionate about music. He loved his family. He was selfless and always willing to help others.

He was the loving companion of 14 years to Gardy etheart. He is the father of two wonderful sons, Joel and Andrew; a brother to Israel, Aixa and Jennifer. He also leaves a host of family and friends.
Ramon is preceded in death by his daughters, Jannelly Marie and Angelina; and his brother, Axel.

Visitation with family on Friday, August 11, 2017, from 10-11 at George Lopes Funeral Home, 821 Cummins Highway, Mattapan, MA 02126.

Celebration of Life Service will start at 11 AM also from the funeral home. Interment to follow to Mt. Hope Cemetery, Walk Hill Street, Mattapan, MA.
