Mark Slade is preceded by his wife Ruth Slade, his father Allen Hoover Slade SR and his mother Francis D. Taylor Slade.

Mark Slade was an honorable veteran, serving from 1980 - 1988.

Viewing services and Funeral Services will all be held on Saturday, March 30, 2024, from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM at the George Lopes Funeral Home. Proceeding the Services will be interment at MT. Hope Cemetery in Mattapan, MA.
