Lyons, Dorothy Mae (Atwater) of Boston, MA passed peacefully at home on October 9, 2017. 

Beloved mother to Ivory Lee Lyons, Jr. (wife Barbara Ann) and Paul Gregory Lyons Sr. (wife Yolandia). She was blessed to have eight grand children and two great grand children. 

Dear sister to Ernest Atwater of Connecticut and Mary Hall of No. Carolina. 

She was predeceased by her parents Ernest Calvin Atwater and Effie Jeanette Atwater, sister Catherine Rogers and brother Clabin Atwater. 

Visitation with family on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 from 10-11 AM at Morning Star Baptist Church, 1257 Blue Hill Avenue, Mattapan, MA 02126.

Celebration of Life Service will start at 11 AM also from the church. Interment following services to Oak Lawn Cemetery, 427 Cummins Highway, Roslindale, MA.
