Gomes, James affectionately known to everyone as "Jimmy" passed tragically on August 9, 2017 in Boston, MA. 

Beloved son to Ana Gomes and the late Armando Gomes. He leaves a wife Maria Elsa Gomes, and his children Arielle Correia, Shanice Lobo, Shayla Gomes, Jakayla Gomes, Jadon, Gomes, Leneir Gomes, Javious Gomes and Saliya Gomes. 

Visitation with family on Friday, August 18, 2017 from 6-9 PM at Dahlborg-MacNevin Funeral Home, 647 Main Street, Brockton, MA 02301. 

Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 9 AM from St. Edith Stein Parish, 71 E Main Street, Brockton, MA 02301. Interment following mass to Melrose Cemetery, Brockton, MA 02302.
