Jose Pires

Pires, Jose originally from Praia, Cape Verde, passed peacefully on January 27, 2019 in Boston, Massachusetts. 

Beloved husband to Helena GomesPires. He leaves his children Cindy Pires-Fernandes, Domenique "Nikky" Pires, Pierre "Joey" Pires, Ayasha Pires, Ricky Pires, Mazaropi "XUXU" Carvalho and Xilao Carvalho. He was blessed to have five grand children Djaza, Djamila, Braxton, Lycia and Jacob.  

He was a loving brother to Chilau, Calu, Alcindo, Piduca, Jorge, Padrs Ima, Ze Bescaite, To, Antonio, Paulo, Na, Zezito, Vanu, Ja, Ze, Fatinha, Nono, Zinha, Angela, Lizita, Bety, Sunta, Nela, Cyleste and Zabel.  

Visitation with family on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 from 5-9 PM at Second Church of the Nazarene, 44 Moultrie Street, Dorchester Center, MA 02124.

Celebration of Life Service will be on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at 10 AM also from the church. 

Interment will follow to New Calvary Cemetery, Harvard Street, Mattapan, MA 02126.
