Carr, Marvin L. originally from Kinston, North Carolina, passed peacefully on September 19, 2019 surrounded by his loving family.

Beloved son to the late Marvin and Mammie Carr.

Predeceased by three of his loving children Carl Lester, Helen, and Elva. He will be missed dearly by his remaining children Marilyn, Marvin, Devon, Frances, Anita, Pricilla, Renee, Fredric, Dwayne, Chico, Deborah, and Eugene.

Marvin is also predeceased by two of his siblings, Johnny and Nancy. He leaves his six other caring siblings, Marjorie, Mary, Mammie, Katherine, Joe, Roscoe and other relatives and friends who will cherish his memories.

Gathering with family will be on Thursday, October 3, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the George Lopes Funeral Home, 821 Cummins Highway, Mattapan, MA 02126.

Memorial Service will start at 1:30 PM also from the Funeral Home.

Private interment will be held through St. Michael Crematory, Roslindale, MA.
