Wilbert Fletcher Smith

Army Veteran Wilbert Fletcher Smith of Boston, Massachusetts passed peacefully on Saturday, November 23, 2019, at Mass General Hospital. 

He was the loving son to George Fletcher Smith and Elizabeth Taylor.

Caring brother to George Smith of Elizabethtown, NC, Tommy Taylor (Janice), Michael Taylor (Marcia), Samson Taylor (Linda), Delilah Shaw (the late Lamont, Sr.), Larry Taylor (Carolyn), Mitchell Taylor (Claudia) and James Taylor (Linda) all of Boston, MA. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends to cherish his memories. 

He was predeceased by his parents and his sister Betty Jean Smith. 

Visitation with family on Monday, December 2, 2019 from 11-12 noon at Anointed Fire Deliverance Church, 777 Washington Street, Dorchester, MA 02124

Celebration of Life Service will start at 12 noon also from the church.

Military honors and burial will be held at Mt. Hope Cemetery, 355 Walk Hill Street, Mattapan, MA 02126.
