Cecilia Wilson was born on August 4, 1948, in Boston, Massachusetts, to the late Geraldine Murphy.

Cecilia Wilson is predeceased by her husband Percy Wilson, son Derrick Gibson and grandson Lexus S. Gibson.

Cecilia Wilson leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving children Giana Gibson, Van Gibson, Charlie Murphy, grandchildren Jalen Gibson and a host of relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
