Charles Greene, Jr passed away peacefully on August 18, 2021 at Care One Rehabilitation Center in Randolph, MA.
Charles was born in Greensboro, North Carolina on August 17, 1959 to Charles Greene, Sr. and the late Eloshia Patterson-Greene. Charles was the oldest of seven children.
Charles graduated from St. Francis De Sales School of Roxbury, MA. He worked for 17 years for Boston Public Schools as a school bus driver. He thoroughly enjoyed working as a bus driver and was loved by all the students and his co-workers. Charles will always be remembered as a loyal and dedicated gospel musician. For many years he played the organ for various churches in the Boston area. He was as a faithful organist and devoted servant of God.
Charles was a quiet and laid-back person. He was a man of very few words, but his smile spoke volumes.
Charles leaves to mourn his devoted wife of 22 years, Sandra L. Greene. Five step-children and ten step-grandchildren. His father, Bishop Charles Greene, Sr., three brothers, Daniel, Manniex and Brandon, three sisters, Ernestine Greene, Evangeline (Jerry) Eaton and Gladys Greene and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Charles was predeceased by his mother Eloshia Patterson-Greene.
