Christopher Lewis

Christopher peacefully departed this life on Friday, September 20, 2024.  He is preceded in death by his wife Gloria W. Lewis; parents Edna (Smith) and Robert Lewis; daughter Charlene Lewis, son Gordon Lewis, sister Ruth Rollins, brother Chester Lewis, brother-in-law Jesse Brown, niece Delores Blake-Richardson and nephew Daniel Blake.

He leaves to cherish his memory with his children, Zoe, “Linda”, Lorraine and Robert.  Grandchildren, Laneisha, Porsha, Dedra (Darius), Sateya (Charles), Dominique, Isiah, Joshua, Robert “Thiry”, Walter, and Whitney.  His great children, Damoni, Chionna, Shania, Zahria, Chaleya, Kairyn, Nasir, Jeremiah, Laila, and Wynter (Winnie). Nieces; Patricia, Maria, Ruth, Shelia, nephews; Richard, Pastor Harold, Leonard and Wynter.

He was affectionately called “Papa”or “Dad” by many but had special bonds with his extended grandchildren; Felicia, great grands Darius, Dorian, Nikydjah. Niece, Debbie and Bertha “Pop” and a host of more nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. 

His long-lived life will forever be cherished.  Dad, “Papa”, Mr. Lew will be deeply missed in the lives of his children, grandchildren, family and friends as he was loved by all.
