Clemon Howell is predeceased by his children Clemon Howell Jr, Catherine Howell, Jack Howell, siblings John Howard, Lucy Mae Freeman, Glennie Loving, Earnestine Phillips, Joe Robinson, and George Howell. 

Clemon Howell leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife Dorothy Howell, children Larry Williams, Henry Howell, Cornell Foster, Michael Howell, Bobbie Howell, April Howell, Michelle Jacobs, Tyrone Howell, Darrin Howell, and a host of relatives and friend who will miss him dearly.
