Cornelio I. Herrera, devoted father, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2025, in Boston, Massachusetts. Born in Caridad, Honduras, on September 16, 1952, to the late Adrian Herrera and Aydee Galvez, Cornelio built a life defined by quiet dedication and steady compassion.
A skilled bookkeeper by trade, Cornelio was known for his meticulous nature and unwavering work ethic. Though his journey on earth has come to a close, Cornelio’s memory will continue in the stories told over warm meals, in laughter shared among loved ones, and in the spaces, he once filled with kindness. His life, like his ledgers, was one of careful balance and thoughtful precision; a legacy that will not be forgotten.
Cornelio leaves behind his beloved daughter, Ludis Regalado, who was the light of his life and his proudest legacy. He is also survived by his cherished siblings and a loving circle of relatives and friends whose lives were deeply enriched by his humor, guidance, and quiet strength.
