Daniel Vallon, a beloved father, brother, uncle, friend, and cherished member of his community, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2026, in Milton, Massachusetts. He was 69 years old.
Daniel was born on May 25, 1957, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, to the late Fredrick Marty Vallon and Yolande Lubin. From his early years in Haiti, Daniel carried with him a strong sense of family, culture, and compassion that remained a meaningful part of who he was throughout his life.
Daniel was a dedicated interpreter, a profession that reflected his ability to connect with others and help bridge communication between people from different backgrounds. Through his work and personal relationships, he touched the lives of many and was appreciated for the kindness, patience, and understanding he extended to those around him.
Above all, Daniel was a devoted father who cherished his daughter, Basualda Andy Vallon. His love for his family was evident in the relationships he nurtured and the memories he created with those closest to him.
Daniel leaves to cherish his memory his beloved daughter, Basualda Andy Vallon; his sister, Marie Fontil; his niece, Nathalie Vallon Mardy; and a host of extended family members, relatives, friends, and loved ones.
Though Daniel’s presence will be deeply missed, the memories of his life, his kindness, and the love he shared with those around him will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
May his memory forever be a blessing, and may he rest peacefully.
