Daniel J. Watson

Trustee Daniel J. Watson entered his life on September 25, 1958, in Lumberton, North Carolina to the late Viney Mae Nealy and Samuel Watson. He entered into eternal life on August 30, 2025, at the Veterans’ Affairs Medical Hospital in West Roxbury, Massachusetts.

He graduated from Rowland Southside High School in North Carolina and was an active member of the United States Army. Daniel is preceded in death by one sister and three brothers.

He leaves to cherish his life, his loving wife of 44 years, Helen Jean Henderson Watson ; 1 sisters, Marsha Moore of North Carolina and 4 brothers, Bonell (Sherry) Watson, Framingham, MA, Elton (Sheila) Watson, Virginia, Samuel Watson, Georgia, Clearance (Rochelle) Watson, Georgia; Children Vernice (James) Funches, Boston, Christopher (Crystal)) Williams, Florida, Sharhonda McKenney, Boston, Juane (Nicki) Watson, La’Rhonda Michelle (Darren) Watson-Williams, Maryland, Terelsa Hill, Texas, Jessica (Edwin) Spencer, New York, Frederick Henderson, Boston, Marquis Henderson, Boston, Jaynia Henderson, Boston; 3 Goddaughters, Ny Roberson, Chya Blackwell and Alexis Burton; 24 grandchildren; 34 great, great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family.
