David Murray

David Butch Murry was born in Boston, Massachusetts on July 26, 1944, to the late Earl Murray, his father, and the late Estelle (Esther) Cobb-Murray, his mother.

David attended High School in Boston, Ma. He was baptized in the Holy Cross Cathedral Church in Boston. Throughout his working years, he was employed by Idel’s Laundry and Paris Box Company both in Boston, MA.

David was a loving and devoted family man who cherished the time he spent with his family. His presence, love, laughter, and memories will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Preceding him in death, is his Mother Estelle Cobb-Murray, Arthur Jones, Walter Murray, Sammuel Murray and Douglas Jones (His Brothers)

David leaves to cherish his precious memory with his five children: Darcel Lynette Murray.  Antone David Morris, Andre’ Morris and Ebony Morris (Mother Jackie Morris) and Milton Payne Bridges (Myrtha Clemdinen-Mother). Three stepchildren Ray, Roy and Angela Morgan and his 2nd wife Michelle Morgan-Murray; and his only sister Estelle (Janice) Peterson. 

He also leaves behind 12 Grandchildren and 7 Great-grandchildren. Host of Nieces, Nephews, cousins and Friends.

David’s life touched many people, and he will be deeply missed. Though he is no longer with us, the love he shared and the memories he created will continue to live on through his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Forever loved.
