Dorothy J. Gibbs (80) of Brockton, MA passed on September 26, 2024.

Dorothy Gibbs was born December 21, 1943, in Engle Hard, North Carolina to the late Willie Mae Wilson.

She was the devoted wife to her late husband, Wilbert Lee Gibbs, loving mother to, Joseph Wilson, Tanya Gibbs, Carinda Gibbs-Houston, Darryl Gibbs, Sonja Kersey, and Sharon Gibbs-Colwell.

Dorothy leaves behind her loving children along with 22 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren as well as a host of many other loving relatives and friends to cherish her memories.

She is preceded by her mother Willie Mae Wilson, husband Wilbert L Gibbs, son Wilbert E. Gibbs Jr., grandchildren, Joseph Wilson Jr., Gerard M. Gibbs, and Sean Colwell Jr.
