Evelyn Hobbs (86) of Springfield, MA passed on August 6, 2023.

Evelyn Hobbs was born April 21, 1937, in Portal, Georgia to the late Archie Dekle and Dollie Roundtree.

Evelyn Hobbs leaves behind her loving children, James Hobbs, Salim Rahman, Stephanie Hobbs, Ronald Hobbs, and Karl Hobbs, along with twenty-five grandchildren. and a host of great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.

She is preceded by her dear parents, and children Ali Rahman and Alphonzo Hobbs.

Services for Evelyn Hobbs will be held on August 15, 2023, at Good Shephard Church of God in Christ, 18 Whittier Street, Roxbury Crossing, MA 02120 with a viewing time of 11:00AM followed by the funeral service to begin at 12:00 noon.

Following the services in Massachusetts, Evelyn Hobbs will have services on August 18, 2023, at McWhite's Funeral Home, 3501 W. Broward BLVD, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312 with visitation hours beginning at 9:30Am and prayer to follow at 10:30AM. Following the services will be interment at Sunset Memorial Gardens, 3201 NW 19th Street Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311.
