Fernando Antero Leitao Graca

Fernando Graca, beloved son, father, and companion, passed away peacefully on May 15, 2026, in Boston, Massachusetts, at the age of 63.

Born on May 6, 1963, in Praia, Cabo Verde, Fernando was the cherished son of Alvaro Leitao Da Graca and Adreana Graca.

Fernando built a life defined by hard work, kindness, and devotion to those he loved. He spent his working days with Green Truck Moving Company, where he was known for his dedication, strength, and warm spirit. Beyond his work, Fernando’s greatest pride was his family and the deep bonds he formed with friends and loved ones near and far.

He is preceded in death by his father, Alvaro Leitao Da Graca, and his loving mother, Adreana Graca. Fernando leaves behind his devoted companion, Suzette Gomes, his beloved children, Aristide De Graca and Ricardo De Graca. His memory will also live on in the hearts of his many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss his laughter, generosity, and unwavering love.

Visiting hours in celebration of Fernando’s life will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at George Lopes Funeral Home, located at 821 Cummins Highway, Mattapan, MA 02126.

Prayer service will begin at 6:00pm

Fernando’s legacy will continue through all whose lives he touched — a reminder of the quiet strength, compassion, and love that defined his life. May he rest in eternal peace.
