Frank Lawrence Hill passed away on August 19, 2026, at the age of 64.
Frank Lawrence Hill was born in Boston, Massachusetts, on August 5, 1962, to Robert and Suzanne Hill (Sequeira). Frank, affectionately known as “Frankie,” grew up in the Mission Hill neighborhood of Roxbury, Massachusetts. As the youngest of eight children, Frank was known for being mischievous and keeping everyone on their toes. He loved to dance and always kept up with the latest dance moves. He also developed his amazing cooking skills by spending countless hours in the kitchen with his mother.
Frank graduated from Brighton High School and quickly began his career, working in several sales and administrative roles.
Frank dedicated a total of 21 years to the Boston Public Schools, serving in multiple roles throughout his career. He enjoyed every position he held and formed a special bond with his BPS family. Frank also enjoyed giving back to the community and often volunteered his time to assist with various programs geared toward parents of BPS students.
Frank built a life centered around his family, his work, and making others happy. He was known for doing the unexpected simply to brighten someone’s day. He had a love for shopping and was often known to start his Christmas shopping as early as June or July. Frank shared his love, humor, and warmth with everyone he encountered. He had a special way of listening to others and always seemed to have good advice to offer.
Frank leaves behind his loving siblings, John Hill of Boston, Massachusetts; Irene Wade of Boston, Massachusetts; and Richard Hill (Linda) of Randolph, Massachusetts, along with a host of loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Suzanne Hill (Sequeira), as well as his siblings Michael, Robert, Lewis, and Rita Hill.
Frank’s love and memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him
