Garfield Smith

Garfield P. Smith Jr., affectionately known as "Butch" leaves to cherish his love and memories to his only daughter Tennelle and son in law Johnnie.

Blessed to have five grandchildren, he also leaves three brothers, three sisters and a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends to cherish his memories. 

On behalf of the family, we would like to send a special thank you to the VA Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital, Lahey Medical Center and the Guardian Center. 

Butch will live on in the hearts and minds of all who met and knew him.
