Gracinda Centeio Mendes born to the late Alfredo and Chica Centeio in Fogo, Cabo Verde has passed on September 11, 2022 in Brockton, MA.

Gracinda is preceded by her late husband Amancio Mendes. Leaving behind her loving children: Irlanda Mendes, Jose Mendes, Cristian Mendes, Ana Mendes, Mario Mendes, Antonio Mendes, 35 grandkids, 38 great grandkids and a host of other family and friends.

Viewing services for Gracinda Mendes will be held Sunday, September 18, 2022, at the George Lopes Funeral Home 647 Main Street, Brockton, MA 02301 from 4:00PM- 7:00PM. On Monday, September 19, 2022, the Funeral Mass will take place at St. Edith Stein Parish 71 E. Main Street Brockton, MA 02301 at 10:30AM. Proceeding the mass will be interment at Calvary Cemetery in Brockton, MA
