Hazel Barbara Elaine (Duffy) Fitzpatrick

Hazel Barbara Elaine Fitzpatrick, (80) has peacefully passed on May 5, 2023.

Hazel B.E. Fitzpatrick (Duffy) was born to the late Samuel and Bessie Duffy in Worcester, MA on July 29, 1942.

Hazel leaves behind her son Jerome Horton, daughter in-law/caretaker Kim Houston, two grandchildren, Travis and Tiannee Houston, cousin James Hill and his wife Patricia Maughn-Hill, along with a host of many other relatives and friends.

Services for Hazel Fitzpatrick will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at the George Lopes Funeral Home, 821 Cummins HWY, Mattapan, MA 02126 with visitation hour beginning at 10:00AM. Following the viewing will be the funeral services to start at 11:00AM. Proceeding the services will be interment to Oak Lawn Cemetery.
