Inacia Garcia (Garcia Barros) Correia

It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Inacia Garcia Correia, who passed away peacefully on September 4, 2026, in Boston, Massachusetts, at the age of 100.

Inacia was born on June 4, 1926, in Fogo, Correia, to the late Avelino Garcia Barros and Ana Gomes Barros. She was a devoted wife to her beloved late husband, Claudio Correia, and together they built a life centered around family, love, and devotion.

Inacia will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and a caring woman who dedicated her life to her children and family. Her greatest joy was being there for those she loved, offering her time, strength, wisdom, and unconditional love. She was a source of comfort and support to her family and touched the lives of many through her kindness, warmth, and generous heart.

Her family will forever cherish the memories of her love, her sacrifices, her guidance, and the many moments shared together. The values she instilled and the love she gave so freely will continue to live on through her children, grandchildren, and generations to come.

Inacia joins her beloved husband, Claudio Correia, and her parents, Avelino Garcia Barros and Ana Gomes Barros, in eternal rest.
