Jacqueline Smith was born on September 9, 1954, in Moncks Corner, South Carolina to the late Willie Smith and Ruby Smith.

Jacqueline Smith is Predeceased by her parents Willie Smith, Jacqueline Smith, Brothers Sylvester Smith, Charlie Prosser, and Donovan Smith.

Jacqueline Smith leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving children Sonya Smith, Shitara Smith (Pastor Ricky Holmes), sisters Helen Smith, Susie Goodman, and a host of relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
