Jacqueline Ann Summons Witt of Boston, Massachusetts passed peacefully on April 26, 2022.

Born to James and Olivia Perry. She leaves her devoted companion of over forty years Mr. Donald Witt.

Her beloved children James Summons, Darrlyn Summons and Donald R. Witt. She also leaves her dear sisters June and Robin.

Predeceased by her parents, her son John Summons, her sister Juanita and twin brother James Perry.
