Joan Elaine Downie (70) of Brockton, MA passed on February 26, 2025.
Joan Downie was born March 31, 1954, in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica to the late Sydney Stewart and Dorthy Mclemmond.
She leaves behind her loving husband Winston Downie, children Everol Jackson, Roger Downie and Althea Downie along with 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and a host of many other loving relatives and friends that will miss her dearly.
Viewing services will be held at the George Lopes Funeral Home, 647 Main Street, Brockton, MA 02301 on Saturday, March 8, 2025, beginning at 2:00PM. Beginning at 3:00PM, Saturday will be the funeral service.
Interment will take place at a later date in her homeland of St. Elizabeth, Jamaica.
