Joao Correia “JAY MAN” of East Boston, passed peacefully on January 12, 2023 in Boston, surrounded by his family..

Born in Praia, Cabo Verde to Carlos Correia and Albertina Lopes Dos Santos. 
He was the beloved husband to Yissel Correia, loving father to Jessica, Vanessa, Jason, Mayra and Jayssel Correia.
Blessed grandfather to Mia Valencia, DJ Oliver, Jru Oliver, Jada Brown, Daisy Brown and Desmond Brown.  
He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, brothers, sisters, other relatives and friends both near and far.
The family names Correia and Dos Santos will mourn the passing of their beloved “JAY MAN”.
