Miranda, Joaquim Alves Gomes originally from Fogo, Cabo Verde, passed peacefully in Milton, Massachusetts, on September 20, 2018 surrounded by his loving family.
He is predeceased by his parents Manuel Gomes Miranda and Isabel Alves Miranda.
He leaves his loving wife Isa Miranda, his dear children and a host of family and friends.
Visitation with family on Sunday, September 23, 2018 from 6-9 PM at St. Patrick Church, 400 Dudley Street, Roxbury, MA 02119
Funeral Mass will be Monday, September 24, 2018 starting at 10 AM. Interment will follow to New Calvary Cemetery, Harvard Street, Mattapan, MA 02126.
