John Thomas Barrows

Mr. John Thomas Barrows of Boston, Massachusetts passed peacefully on September 20, 2021.

John T. Barrows was born on July 7, 1929 in the North End of Boston to the late Alma G Lebeau and John A.

John was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers, Leroy, Walter and Robert and one sister Georgianna. 

He married Joanne C. Ferreira in January of 1948, they had 3 children Yvonne, John and Nancy. 

Johnny worked as a Merchant Marine also at Dominio Sugar as a long shoreman and at the Labor's Union as a shop steward. He was a gentle giant. 

He leaves behind 10 grand children, great grands and a great great grand.
