Kenneth Rosario

Kenneth (Kenny) “Samak” Rosario (56) of Brockton, MA passed away from cancer while surrounded by family at home on June 29, 2026. He was the former husband of Melissa Semedo of Wareham.

He was born in Middleboro, MA, the son of the late Maria Martinez-Rosario and late Geraldo Gonzalez. Kenny worked for Mass General in environmental services for years. Throughout his ups and downs, he remained headstrong and stayed true to the Lord and his beliefs.

Kenny was passionate about many things, but above all, his faith was the foundation of his life. He spent many years traveling and spreading the Word of God. He loved to learn, especially about history, and was always reading and writing. Sports, music, movies, traveling, building computers, making people laugh, and being with friends and family were some of the things he loved the most. Kenny was an impactful speaker whose wisdom and ability to connect with others touched countless lives.

He is survived by his 4 children Dashaya, Natalya, Ahrayana Toney, and Ahdanayah Rosario. He was preceded in death by brother Javier Rosario, and survived by siblings Lillian Kearns, Geraldo Rosario Jr., Joanne Colon, Brenda Rosario, Janet Mederios, Araceli Rosario, and Jocelyn Rosario, and many nephews, nieces, and cousins. Kenny left behind a meaningful legacy and will be forever in our hearts.
