Lawrence D Hollinger

Lawrence Douglas Hollinger was the son of Jackie Kimble and the late Lawrence Kimble.

He was born on February 11, 1972, in Boston, MA. Brother to Sam, Michael, and David. Lawrence aka Scooter and which was a nickname given to him by his father as a child grew up in Jamaica Plain. He attended school in Boston as well as Brockton.

One of his biggest accomplishments was being a father. He considered himself lucky to be seen in such a light. His smile could brighten your days followed by good stories to tell. He was charismatic in ways you would have never known with such a vibrant personality he could light up any room.  His kindness and vulnerability will be missed by many. Scooter would do anything for anyone and some even called him superman but to know him is to know that he loved his family dearly and family meant the most to him. He was no ordinary man. 

Scooter was the father to four beautiful children, Tamara, Lawrence Jr, Sam and the late Tiffany Hollinger. He leaves behind two grandchildren Jeffrey and Justin Jr whom he called his two little crime fighters and many friends that he considered family.

Lawrence Douglas Hollinger aka Scooter you will be deeply missed by many.

Services for Lawrence "Scooter" Hollinger will be held Friday, August 25, 2023, at the George Lopes Funeral Home, 647 Main Street, Brockton, MA 02301 with visitation beginning at 10:00AM-11:00AM. Following the viewing with be the funeral service at 11:00AM. Proceeding the services will be interment to Melrose Cemetery in Brockton, MA.
