Lawrence Irving (Toussaint) Williams

Lawrence Irving (Toussaint) Williams was born on September 22, 1951, in Brockton, MA. He was educated in the Brockton Public Schools System. After completing his course of study in high school, he matriculated into Chamberlayne Jr. College in Boston from which he earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration.

Larry, as he was known, was a “free spirit”; having lived in various cities and states including New York City (NY), Savannah, Georgia, and Massachusetts. He was an avid reader of history, sports enthusiast, lover of fine dining and possessed a keen mind for mathematics and Stocks/Investments.

Larry had an entrepreneurial spirit having explored careers in Corporate Security and Fund Acquisitions. He was employed at Stone and Webster Engineering Firm in Boston as a valued employee.

On Monday, September 5, 2022, Larry departed this life at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton. He is survived by his four siblings, Samuel E. Williams Jr., Gwendolyn (Williams) Barnes (Brockton, MA), A. Rita (Williams) Churchwell (Jacksonville, FL) and Kenneth A. Williams (Bridgewater, MA). Preceding him in death are parents Samuel Sr. and Herline (Dixie) Williams and younger brother Leonard Williams. Also left to mourn his passing are a host of, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday September 20th, 2022, at 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.
