Manuel Andrade Fernandes passed away peacefully on December 15, 2025, in Brockton, Massachusetts.

Manuel was born on April 18, 1967, in Fogo, Cabo Verde, to João Fernandes and Ana De Andrade. Manuel was deeply loved by his family and those who had the privilege of knowing him. 

Manuel will be remembered for his gentle spirit, kind heart, and the warmth he brought to those around him. His presence, though soft-spoken, left a lasting impression on family and friends who cherished him dearly. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during visiting hours on Sunday, December 21, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at George Lopes Funeral Home, located at 647 Main Street, Brockton, MA 02301.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM at St. Edith Stein Parish, 71 E Main Street, Brockton, MA 02301.

Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery, located at 163 N. Cary Street, Brockton, MA 02301.
