Maria Delurdes Vieira better known as "Mama" (96) of Brockton, MA passed on April 29, 2025.

Born in Sao Filipe, Cabo Verde to the late Marcia Vieira on June 1, 1928, Maria migrated and lived most her life in Portugal and then the United States of America.

Mama leaves behind her loving children Antonia V. Cardoso and Antonio Vieira, along with 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and a host of many other loving relatives and friends who will cherish her memories deeply.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5, 2025, from 5:00PM-8:00PM at the George Lopes Funeral Home, 647 Main Street, Brockton, MA 02301.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, beginning at 10:00AM located at the George Lopes Funeral Home, 647 Main Street, Brockton, MA 02301. Proceeding the funeral service will be interment to Calvary Cemetery in Brockton, MA.
