Maria F Xavier

Maria Xavier, born on September 11, 1950 in Fogo, Cabo Verde to Simiano Fernandes and Ana Centeio, passed away on April 26, 2022. 

Maria is survived by her husband, Alirio Xavier, along with her children Albertina Xavier, Atanazia Moreno, Francisco, Alirio Jorge, Jose, Ana, Valter, Antonieta, Tina, Elizandro and Daniel Xavier. She is predeceased by her child, Dulce Xavier. 

She leaves behind her 29 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Alongside them are a host of loving family members and friends. 

Services for Maria Xavier will be held at the George Lopes Funeral Home at 647 Main Street Brockton, MA 02301 with visitation hours beginning Friday, April 29, 2022 at 5:00pm until 8:00pm, followed by a Funeral Mass on Saturday, April 30, 2022 10:30 am held at St Edith Stein Parish at 71 E Main St. Brockton, MA 02301. Proceeding the mass will be a burial at Melrose Cemetery.
