Marie Elie

Marie Immacule Elie was born on February 27, 1927, in Lascahobas, Haiti. Immacule took her last breath on November 10th, 2025.

She is the daughter of Elius Elie and Osinie Gabriel. She was the last remaining of 4 children. Immacule who's nick named Chopoto is the mother of four, 3 sons and 1 daughter: Gabrielle, Marie Carmel, Sergo, and Jean Roland.

She left Haiti as a merchant in 1990 and has lived with her daughter Marie Ely in Massachusetts for 35 years. She helped Marie raise her children, Erica, Teddy and Sabrina.

She leaves behind her four children, eleven grandchildren and eight great children: Sarnia Debrosse, Sergiio, Sergina, Abigail Metellus, Fabiola Dorcely, Ricky, Elichka Elie and Elichka II.
