Matilda DaSilva was born on January 12, 1982, to the late Luis Fernandes and Adozinda Moniz Fernandes in Luanda, Angola.

Matilda DaSilva leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband Inocencio Andrade, children Aledson, Anedson, Akwameh Andrade, brothers Rui Fernandes, Paulo and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
