Maurice Moses

Maurice Moses, born April 25, 1970, in Lexington, Mississippi, to Izeah and Bobbie Moses, has left this earthly life, but his spirit now rests in the loving arms of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

He is preceded in death by his beloved son, Markeen Starks, with whom he is now joyfully reunited in Heaven.

Maurice leaves behind his cherished son, Devonte Moses; his devoted mother, Bobbie Moses; his brother Robert Moses and wife Stephanie Moses; his nephew Tyler Moses; his brother Gary Moses; and a host of family and friends who will forever treasure his memory.

The family of Maurice Moses wishes to express their deepest gratitude for your prayers, love, and support during this time of sorrow.

A viewing will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM at George Lopes Funeral Home, 647 Main Street, Brockton, MA 02301.

The funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM.

Interment will take place at Melrose Cemetery, 88 N. Pearl Street, Brockton, MA 02301.

Maurice’s presence, warmth, and spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
