Nelson Cardoso was born on December 15, 1986, in Santiago, Cabo Verde to Nelson S. Cardoso Andrade and Joana Cardoso Da Silva.

Nelson Cardoso is predeceased by his father Nelson Cardoso Andrade.

Nelson Cardoso was a family man and will be remembered for his love of soccer and music. He had a wonderful voice and was a great singer. Nelson loved history and admired discussions of theology. 

Nelson Cardoso leaves behind to cherish his memory his mother Joana Cardoso, son Ivo Cardoso, siblings Maria Antonia Cardoso, Ivo Pina, Maria Cardoso, Danielson Andrade, Sandra Fairbairn, Antonio Alvaro Cardoso and a host of relatives and friends who will mis him dearly.
