Nuno Miguel Nunes

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nuno Miguel Fontes Nunes, who departed this life on May 20, 2026, at the age of 41.

Born on August 21, 1984, in Lisboa, Portugal, Nuno was the beloved son of Anibol and Angelina Nunes, who survive him and cherished him throughout his life. Nuno carried with him a quiet strength, a caring spirit, and a deep love for his family and friends that will never be forgotten.

Nuno graduated high school and dedicated many years of hard work as a stocker at Vicente Grocery Store, where he was known for his reliability, kindness, and warm presence. He approached life with humility and a generous heart, touching the lives of those around him in meaningful ways.

Above all else, Nuno was a devoted father to his beloved children, Nathaniel Nunes and Niani Nunes, who were the pride and joy of his life. He also leaves behind his five siblings, along with many loving relatives and dear friends who will forever hold his memory close in their hearts.

Nuno’s warmth, laughter, and compassionate nature will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him. Though his time here was far too short, the love he shared and the memories he created will remain everlasting.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday, June 4, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at George Lopes Funeral Home.

Interment will follow at Melrose Cemetery.
