Octaviano Tavares

Octaviano "Ta" Tavares passed away unexpectedly on April 28, 2022 in his adopted town of Boston, MA. 

While his death was sudden, the memories he made with all he came across and his imprint on our lives will be everlasting. Like the Master Electrician that he was, he brought brightness to your day through his conversations.

Octaviano was known for his love of sports especially the teams playing for his city. 

Octaviano, originally from Santiago, Cabo Verde, is the loving son of Manuel Tavares and Maria DaRosa Honneyman. In his passing, he is survived by his most cherished and greatest joy: his son Matthew DaRosa and his mother Ana Gomes. He leaves behind 2 sisters and 2 brothers along with an expansive number of family members and friends who are honored to partake in the Celebration of his life.
