Robin Danette Pearson was born on January 10, 1961 at the Phaneuf Hospital on Main Street in Brockton to Carmen L. Pearson and the late George H. Pearson Jr.
A life-long resident, Robin attended Brockton Public Schools and was a graduate of Brockton High School, the Class of 1979. In May of 1980 Robin went to work part-time for Shaw’s Supermarket where she remained and rose through the ranks for more than 40 years.
As an avid pool player, she captained multiple teams to victory in the Busch Pool League across the City of Brockton.
A loving daughter, sister and aunt, Robin is survived by her mother Carmen L. Pearson, siblings George (Skip) Pearson III of Plainville, Rene' D. Barnett of Pembroke, Rocheen D. Pearson of Atlanta, Georgia and Gerald H. Pearson, Sr. of Brockton, 10 nieces and nephews, and 7 great nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her father, George H. Pearson, Jr. and her brother Gregory H. Pearson.
Robin left us unexpectedly and, in usual Robin fashion, she gave of herself by being an organ donor. Although she is not with us physically, she will live on in our hearts and minds. Her passing has allowed several others to have the miracle of continued life.
