He was born on September 29, 1974, in Boston to Victoria Elliott and Scott Jones.

Scottie was predeceased by his mother, Victoria Elliott of Boston, MA, and his siblings, Karen and Scott Jones of Philadelphia, PA.

Left to cherish his memory are his two daughters, Skyla and Sania Elliott of Boston, MA; his brothers, Edward Elliott III and Gary Elliott of Boston, and Clifford Jones of Philadelphia; his sisters, Pam and Betty Jones of Philadelphia, and Helen Jones of New Jersey. He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless close friends who will forever hold his memory in their hearts.
