With profound sadness and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Tatyana Monay Lee-Veiga, who departed this life on June 19, 2026, in Stoughton, Massachusetts, at the age of 38.
Born on June 8, 1988, in Boston, Massachusetts, Tatyana was the cherished daughter of Sam Lee and Joviana Veiga, both of whom survive her. From the very beginning, Tatyana brought warmth, intelligence, and compassion into the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her.
A firm believer in the power of education and service, Tatyana earned her Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Management, a reflection of her dedication to helping others. She went on to build a meaningful career as a Clinical Trial Administrator at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where her professionalism, meticulous nature, and unwavering commitment to advancing patient care made a lasting impact. She took great pride in knowing her work contributed to the hope and healing of countless individuals and families.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tatyana will be remembered for her kind heart, infectious smile, gentle spirit, and unwavering love for those closest to her. She possessed a quiet strength that inspired others, offering comfort, encouragement, and compassion wherever she went. Whether through a thoughtful conversation, a helping hand, or simply her calming presence, Tatyana touched countless lives in ways that will never be forgotten.
Though her time on earth was far too brief, the memories she created and the love she shared will continue to live on in the hearts of her family, friends, colleagues, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
She leaves behind her devoted parents, Sam Lee and Joviana Veiga, along with many beloved family members, dear friends, coworkers, and loved ones who will forever cherish her memory and honor the beautiful legacy she leaves behind.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to celebrate Tatyana's life during Viewing Hours on Thursday, July 2, 2026, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Morning Star Baptist Church, 1257 Blue Hill Avenue, Boston, MA 02126. A Funeral Service will immediately follow at 12:00 p.m.
Following the service, Tatyana will be laid to eternal rest at St. Michael Cemetery, 500 Canterbury Street, Boston, MA 02131.
