Theresita Silencieux

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Theresita Silencieux, who peacefully departed this life on the morning of Wednesday, May 27, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family and cherished loved ones.

Born August 10th, 1938 in Port-au-Prince Haiti, Theresita was a strong and devoted mother of two, a proud grandmother of fifteen, and a beloved great-grandmother of fourteen. Beyond her own family, she was regarded as a mother figure to many whose lives she touched with her warmth, and unwavering generosity.

Known for her culinary passion, Theresita expressed her love through the meals she prepared so lovingly for family, friends, and all who sat at her table. She possessed a strong-willed spirit, deep resilience, and a heart full of compassion that will continue to inspire all who knew her.

Though our hearts are broken by her loss, we find comfort in the beautiful legacy of love, strength, and kindness she leaves behind.
