Born in South Hill, Virginia to the late John Thomas Williams and the late Sue Alexandrer, and Goddaughter, Jessica Welch
William leaves behind children Annette Gonsalves- Byner (Chris Byner) and Agnes Gonsalves.
William "Pete' was blessed to have five grandchildren Skip Gonsalves, Erika Gonsalves, Jasmine Gonsalves, Jessica Welch, and Patrece Welch, along with great grandchildren Jordan Watson and Ean Gonsalves-Rabb.
William "Pete" Williams leaves a host of loving family and friends who will cherish him dearly.
