Apperwhite, Josephine L. in Boston on August 18, 2016. Beloved wife to Walter Apperwhite I. 

She was a loving mother to Walter Apperwhite II and Christine Apperwhite. Blessed to have five grandchildren. She also leaves her caring sisters Wanda Lewis and Juanita Taylor along with a host of relatives and friends. 

She was predeceased by her parents Howard and Fannie Dula and her sister Dora E. Hayes. 

Visitation with family on Thursday, August 25, 2016 from 10-11AM at Word of Life Tabernacle, 120 Amory Street, Roxbury, MA 02119. Celebration of Life Service to start at 11AM also from the church. 

Private interment will be held at St. Michael Crematory, Jamaica Plain, MA.
