Dear father to DaShawn Smith, Shaday Velasquez-Cannon, Constantine Siera Price, Jamal Price, Catalina Velasquez, Felicita, B. Velasquez and Alexandria Velasquez. He also leaves a host of family and friends.

Visitation with family will be on Monday, September 22nd from 6-9pm at Charles Street AME Church, 551 Warren Street, Dorchester, MA 02121. Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday from Saint Angela's Catholic Church 1548 Blue Hill Avenue, Mattapan, MA 02126 starting at 10AM. Interment to follow to Oak Lawn Cemetery, Mattapan, MA.
